MintedNewYork LLC provides the Minted New York Productions ticket-update program for Ordinary Excellence: The Story of Grant Fisher.
Ticket-update texts are optional and are separate from the verification codes used to sign in. You can reserve a seat or join the waiting list without agreeing to ticket-update texts. To opt in, select the optional checkbox during signup or retrieve your ticket with your verified phone number and save your text preference.
If you opt in and a manager approves your waiting-list entry after automatic texting is active, we send a seat-confirmation text with the screening date, time and ticket-retrieval link. One confirmation is sent per waitlist approval; frequency depends on your reservation activity. This program does not include marketing or event reminders. Turning on texts does not resend confirmations for earlier approvals.
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text delivery failure does not cancel your confirmed seat. You can always verify your phone number on the screening website to retrieve your current reservation.
Reply STOP to the ticket-notification number to unsubscribe, or turn off ticket-update texts on your reservation page. You may receive one opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance or email design@mintednewyork.com. If you previously replied STOP, reply START to unblock the number, then return to your reservation page to enable ticket updates again.
