This page describes the reservation system for Ordinary Excellence: The Story of Grant Fisher, a Minted New York production.
We collect your name and phone number to verify your reservation, issue your ticket, and check you in. Authorized event staff can access the guest list. Supabase stores the reservation and sign-in information; Twilio delivers verification texts. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals to help prevent automated abuse. Your number is not displayed on the ticket.
Requesting a code sends a verification text to the number you enter. Message and data rates may apply. This does not sign you up for marketing. Verification does not reserve a seat by itself; your ticket must show a confirmed reservation.
One reservation per phone number. A waiting-list signup does not guarantee admission. You can retrieve your reservation by verifying the same number again, and cancel it on the ticket screen. A cancelled ticket is no longer valid. Keep the QR code private; it identifies your admission.

Tickets marked TEST are not valid for entry. Public reservations will open once the organizer confirms the event details.
