This page describes the Ordinary Excellence reservation system and optional Minted New York Productions ticket-update program, operated by MintedNewYork LLC.
We collect your name and phone number to verify your reservation, issue your ticket, and check you in. Authorized event staff can access the guest list. Supabase stores reservation, sign-in and notification records. Twilio delivers verification codes and, where you opt in, ticket-update texts. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals to help prevent automated abuse. Your number is not displayed on the ticket.
Requesting a code sends a verification text to the number you enter. Ticket-update texts require a separate, optional choice. If you opt in, we record your choice, the disclosure version, timestamp and any withdrawal, together with delivery status for confirmation messages. You can change this preference after retrieving your ticket. Read the SMS Terms for message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP instructions.
These choices do not sign you up for marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process information as needed to operate reservations and deliver requested messages.
One reservation per phone number. A waiting-list signup does not guarantee admission. Verification alone does not reserve a seat; your ticket must show a confirmed reservation. You can retrieve your reservation by verifying the same number again and cancel it on the ticket screen. A cancelled ticket is no longer valid. Keep the QR code private; it identifies your admission.
